What do Digital Project Managers do? 

A digital project manager is like the captain of a team that works on digital projects, such as building websites or developing apps. They make sure everything runs smoothly by planning and organising the work, assigning tasks to team members, and keeping everyone on track. They also manage the project's budget, making sure things stay within the planned costs. Throughout the project, they communicate with clients and team members, making sure everyone is on the same page and addressing any issues that come up.
