With intelligence is a global financial communications agency based in the City of London. They had previously not considered apprenticeships as a way of hiring new talent and had not utilised their levy pot up to that point. As part of their objective to review their recruitment practices and develop their diversity and inclusion practices, we worked together on utilising their levy pot to diversify and open their recruitment practices to recruit apprentices in tech and digital roles.
Through working together over the last 2 years, with intelligence have since hired four apprentices in roles ranging from product management, digital marketing to assistant journalist. Having previously just worked with universities to take on graduates, the company has seen the broad ranging benefits in diversifying their work force through changing the way they recruit.
