Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) scam text message

We are aware of a scam where people receive a text message stating they have a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) from the local council and a link to pay it.

This is a scam – we never send texts containing a link to pay for a PCN. You will only receive PCNs as a physical ticket on your vehicle, by post, or handed to you by a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Please ignore these texts and do not click the link to make a payment. You can report scams to the National Cyber Security Centre online or by forwarding the text to 7726.

Parking

Buy visitor vouchers

Islington residents can buy visitor vouchers to allow their family and friends to park nearby.

Islington residents can buy visitor vouchers to allow their family and friends to park nearby.

Vehicles with a visitor voucher can park in any resident permit holder bay or any resident shared-use bay within the zone it is valid for. You can check your parking zone by typing your postcode into our 'Your local area' search.

  • Please note paper vouchers cannot be refunded. Paper vouchers do not have an expiry date and can be used on any vehicle.
  • Visitor e-vouchers are more convenient and a lower price than paper visitor vouchers for some vehicles.

Using visitor vouchers during additional match and event day controls

You cannot use paper visitor vouchers during additional match day controls – you can use them on match days up until extra restrictions begin. Instead use e-vouchers for these hours. Find out more about restrictions on the Emirates Parking page.

Additional match day controls are put in place for all men’s and women’s football games and events that sell more - or are expected to sell more than - 10,000 tickets.

See the latest updates about upcoming games / events with parking restrictions on Arsenal’s local updates page.
