The council is preparing a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the Vale Royal / Brewery Road Locally Significant Industrial Area (LSIS). This area is experiencing a high level of pressure for development. The SPD will amplify the current policy approach of prioritising industrial, light industrial and storage uses in the LSIS.
To inform production of the SPD, we are currently consulting on a discussion paper which sets the scope of the council’s approach to the LSIS. The discussion paper is available to download below. The consultation ran from 3 March 2017 until 10 April 2017.
We will consider all responses received. Where appropriate, please give evidence to support any comments. The information submitted, other than personal contact information, will be made publicly available.
