NeuroPathways is a programme by LIFT and Exceptional Individuals aimed at supporting neurodiverse individuals to develop their skills and approach to job searching through an in-depth employability programme, followed by access to internship opportunities in tech, creative, and life science sectors.

The programme will involve:

• Join an in-depth employability programme focused on supporting neurodiverse people into long term employment
• Understand how to embrace your strengths and access support for reasonable adjustments in the workplace
• On completion of the programme meet employers keen to recruit local neurodiverse people into 10-week internships across tech, creative and science sectors 
• Access to support and community from Exceptional Individuals
