Machine learning engineers are responsible for creating the code and programming which enable machines to complete actions without being directed. They provide computers with the ability to learn and improve from their experience without being constantly programmed. Machine Learning Engineering also has many cross-overs with other areas of work such as data mining, data analysis, engineering, computational statistics and mathematics. Machine learning engineers collaborate with data engineers to create programming whilst also having end-to-end understanding of applications. They must analyse large complex datasets and constantly research and evolve their work.
